Four vans were set alight on the A96 near Kintore, sparking a police investigation.
At around 12:25am on Thursday March 30th, police were called to the A96 near the Broomhill roundabout, where four vans were found to be on fire.
There were no reports of any injuries, however, the Scottish Fire and Rescue service had to attend and extinguish the fire.
Detective Constable Chris Cran said: “Our enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who may have information which could assist us to come forward."
