The men, aged 21 and 25, have been arrested in connection with road traffic offences following the incident last December.
A 43-year-old man died following the collision that took place on Thursday December 30, 2021, at the junction of Hilton Drive and Hilton Avenue.
Police say a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
