Teenager charged in connection with alleged quad bike theft in Aberdeen

A teenager has been charged in connection with the alleged theft of a quad bike in Aberdeen over the weekend.

The vehicle was reported missing from Burnbank Terrace in Balnagask yesterday, Sunday 5 July.

It has since been recovered and a 16-year-old has been arrested and charged in connection.

He has been reported to the Youth Justice Management Unit. 

Constable Thomas Garrahan, of the Torry Community Policing Team, said: “I would like to thank the public for their assistance in this enquiry. The quad bike has been recovered and our enquiries continue.”
