They will also host their annual Christmas Day celebration as a communion service at 11am.

Reverend Sarah Brown said: "This year more than ever we need a reminder we do not live this life alone but in community.

"In church we seek to learn how to be that community of love as we journey the unknowns that make up a life of faith.

"We are glad to offer our place for all to come and be together in a service, or find some solace in our beautiful cathedral."

All services are open to all who wish to attend.
