The Scottish star of BBC's The Apprentice has been telling Original 106 in an interview of his praise for the final four candidates being interviewed in tonight's episode.
Mike Soutar says that the candidates are "battle hardened" by this stage of the process, one that he has described as "exhausting".
He was one of the aides on last week's episode, standing in temporarily for Tim Campbell.
But Mike, who says that it's surprising that there has yet to be a Scottish winner of the hit TV show, appears in this evening's episode of the hit show and will be asking tough questions to the candidates in the interviews episode.
