A motorcyclist has died on the road between Aberdeen and Inverness.
It happened on the A96 at Keith at around 7.45pm yesterday.
The 69-year-man died at the scene and his next of kin have been informed.
The road was closed for investigations.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the collision or may have dashcam footage, to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident 3301."
