Police have sealed off an Aberdeen street after a man was taken to hospital with injuries.
Emergency services were alerted to a man found injured on Spital at around 11pm on Wednesday night.
He was taken to hospital and his condition remains unknown.
The road remains taped off outside Shakes n' Cakes at the junction with Orchard Street and officers can be seen in the area.
Cars are being turned away from the area.
A spokesperson said: "Around 10.55pm on Wednesday, 13 Spetember 2023, police received a report a man had been found injured on the Spital, Aberdeen.
"Emergency services attended and a man was taken to hospital.
"Officers remain in the area and enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances."
