A 35-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a crash, which took place in Aberdeen on Tuesday, 11 October.
The incident happened around 1.40am and involved a single vehicle.
The man is expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court today (Thursday, 20 October), having received treatment at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary following the incident.
A 19-year-old woman was also taken to hospital, where she remains in a stable condition.
