The body of a man has been found in the Glen Etive area of Glencoe.
He is yet to be identified but Charles Kelly's family have been told.
The 56 year old went left his home in Tillicoutry in Clackmannanshire on September 6 to go hillwalking in Glencoe.
He last contacted his family at 8pm the next day and they have not heard from him since.
A multi-agency search was launched to find him, which included a helicopter and search dogs.
In a statement Police Scotland says: "The body of a man has been found in the Glen Etive area of Glencoe.
"He is yet to be formally identified but the family of Charles Kelly, 56, who had been reported missing in the area has been informed.
"There are no apparent suspicious circumstances and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
