Mohammed Amir, 41, was last seen in the Brierfield Terrace area on Wednesday (February 2) afternoon.
He is described as 5 foot 4, of medium build and with swept-back dark hair. When he was last seen, he was wearing a black t-shirt, grey hooded top, grey joggers and black trainers.
Police are asking anyone who might have seen Mohammed to get in touch using 101 or via their website.
