We have the easiest way for you ease into Monday with LouisaYoga.

Each costs £20 which includes tea or coffee, fruit juice and a main brunch meal as well as an uplifting kundalini flow yoga class to get your appetite going.

£10 deposit must be paid to secure place as spaces are limited (when paying state which month as a reference): Paypalme/louisacraig
