Monday December 3rd 2018 at 11:48 AM

Two men have been charged after more than £1,000 worth of drugs were seized in Aberdeen.

Police made the bust of cannabis resin and cocaine in Guild Street, near to the city’s train station on Friday afternoon.

Two men, aged 34 and 38, are expected in Aberdeen Sheriff Court at a later date.

Detective Sergeant Bruce Buntain said: “We will continue to target our resources at the right times and in the right places to tackle the supply of drugs. In order to do this we rely on information from the public so I would continue to ask people to let us know their concerns by calling Police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111 to remain anonymous.”
