Police charity cycle for north east road victim

Members of the Grampian Police Diced Cap charity are preparing to mark a young North East man's tragic death in a road smash in a very special way.

It's a year to the day since 29 year-old Calum Lewis was killed while driving on the Netherley Road between Aberdeen and Stonehaven.

Members of the charity will set off this morning on a 200 mile cycle in his memory.

Money from Calum's estate has been left to Diced Cap and will be used to help fund a number of road safety initiatives.
