Experts are continuing to monitor the situation at Bervie Braes, amid fears of a potential landslip.
Aberdeenshire council issued a warning to residents on Thursday as groundwater levels in the area continue to rise, despite the improved weather.
There were a number of minor landslips there last month - and there are concerns the slope could give way, similar to the landslide in Pennan in 2007.
Council bosses are stressing there is no certainty a slip WILL happen and the advice has been given out in the interest of public safety.
