Drivers are ignoring restrictions on the A90 despite huge efforts from NESCAMP.
The Laurencekirk junction of the route has been targeted by the speed safety group after a number of significant collisions.
The stretch was been reduced to a 50 mph zone in 2005 at the request of local communities but a recent crackdown by NESCAMP shows hundreds of drivers aren't paying attention. |
