A 27-year-old man has been charged after a serious crash on a North East road earlier this month.
Two men were left with serious injuries after a Vauxhall Corsa and SSE-branded van collided on the A947 near Fyvie on Thursday the 9th.
This included a 17-year-old, who had to be cut free from the car and airlifted to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
The 27-year-old man charged is expected to appear at Banff Sheriff Court at a later date.
Sergeant Rob Warnock, from the Inverurie Road Policing Unit, said: “We would like to thank the public for assistance provided in relation to the incident.”
