Im looking for some great ideas for a Saturday Breakfast. What is your idea of a good North East brekkie? Bacon Butties with lashings of sauce or Pumpkin Seeds on Toast (ahem). Well maybe thats taking things a bit too far. Suggestions around the office have included Scrambled Egg served with Salmon on Toast, a bowl of the crunchie nuts and Chocolate Croissants served with a steaming mug of hot coffee.
