I had never thought about being a DJ and was quite happy as a struggling stand up comedian but when the boss at Original offered me the chance I jumped at it and I'm glad I did.
Presenting the Sunday Showcase is the best job in the world. I get to see loads of bands and spend my week listening to brilliant new music from old, established artists and new bands who've only done a handful of gigs.
Apart from that I'm in my late 20s, I smoke too much, I get drunk too easily. I don't know what the future holds but right now is pretty good.
