Training is not going well.                     

Im ashamed to say that I haven't set foot on a pedal yet and the Bon Accord Bike Race is looming...What I need is some motivation to lure me away from the chocolate eclairs and Sunday afternoon repeats of Corrie.

Its all very well for those greyhounds chasing the rabbits around the track.  What I need is George Clooney or Joshua Jackson..cue: lovebirds tweeting... running in front of me to take my mind off the "pain and gain" factor.  Ah well..A girl can dream.  Back to the eclairs.

Im looking forward to my holiday weekend and in particular my favourite pastime of babysitting my little nephew. Cute as a button but with a hidden Tasmanian devilish streak..thats my boy.  His favourite pastime at the moment is wrestling...followed by running at high speed and jumping into puddles..(muddy ones) so this week Im prepared. 

Thanks to the lovely Emma Pettis I am now the proud owner of a very funky pair of wellies..Felicity Kendall eat your heart out.  Here comes "Cabbage Patch Ev......look out"
