Well...Ive done it.

In an attempt to ahem..kick start my fitness regime I have decided to particpate in this years Bon Accord Bike Race.

I am however, sticking to the shorter route (I know my limitations)

The last time I remotely seriously cycled was at least five years ago.  It was in Pitlochlry.  I somehow managed to get lost! (typical) and ended up with a puncture to boot.  Hours later I found my way back to the hotel.  Baggy eyed, starving and walking like "Max Wall." Not a good look in black lycra..trust me!
