All traffic restrictions being put in place for the Tour Series cycling in Aberdeen

Some of the UK’s best professional cyclists will be back in the saddle in Aberdeen on Thursday night.
The OVO Energy Tour Series is returning to the Granite City, after what organisers have called the “best race in the series’ history” in Aberdeen last year.
Competitors will race on a circuit on and around Union Street, prompting a number of road closures and parking restrictions.

All city centre car parks will be in operation, the city council says.
Entry to Bon Accord Centre Harriet Street car park will be restricted from 4.15pm, but the exit will remain unaffected.
The Bon Accord Centre Loch Street car park will be open as normal.
Bus passengers are being advised to check with their operator prior to setting off on their journey, given the number of city centre streets affected by the closures.
