Aberdeen footballer on assault charge
Aberdeen midfielder Mark Kerr has appeared in court charged with fighting at a nightclub..
He's accused of assaulting two men as well as struggling with door stewards at the city's Priory nightclub last month.
The 27 year old is charged with assaulting Robert Hay and seizing him by the throat at the club on Belmont street in May..
It's also claimed he punched another man..
Kerr pleaded not guilty to all the charges..
He's due to go on trial in November..
