Tributes were paid today to a skipper who died along with two crewmen when his fishing boat capsized last night.
One man survived when the clam dredger the Aquila overturned off the west coast of Scotland.
A member of the local fishermen's federation said skipper Tony Hayton from Maryport in Cumbria was a ``very experienced'' seaman.
John Hemse, secretary of the Mallaig and North-West Fishermen's Association, said his death had shocked the community.
Mr Hemse said: ``Tony was a very experienced skipper and knew the waters well."
